Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Oint. Use Oint only if you agree to them.

Using Oint

  • Oint helps shop owners manage appointments, clients, services, staff, money records, and public booking pages.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and publish, including services, prices, availability, business details, photos, and client records.
  • You must have the right to upload or publish any content you add to Oint.

Accounts

  • You sign in with Apple and are responsible for keeping access to your Apple ID secure.
  • You can delete your Oint account from Account settings in the app.
  • We may suspend access if the service is abused, used unlawfully, or used in a way that harms Oint, users, or third parties.

Subscriptions

  • Oint Pro is an auto-renewable subscription purchased through Apple.
  • Subscription prices, durations, renewals, refunds, cancellations, and billing are handled by Apple and shown in the App Store purchase sheet before you confirm.
  • You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID subscription settings.
  • Paid features may include additional calendars, client reminders, AI usage, or other premium functionality shown in the app.

Bookings and Payments

  • Oint records appointment, sale, expense, refund, package, and payment method information for your business operations.
  • Unless explicitly offered in the app, Oint does not process real-world client payments for appointments or services.
  • You are responsible for taxes, receipts, refunds, disputes, and compliance with laws that apply to your business.

AI Assistant

  • Oint AI can help answer questions and perform app actions using your shop data.
  • AI output may be incomplete or inaccurate. Review important actions, money records, and booking changes before relying on them.
  • Do not use Oint AI for medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical advice.

Availability

  • We work to keep Oint reliable, but the service may be interrupted by maintenance, network issues, provider outages, or platform changes.
  • Oint is provided as-is to the extent allowed by law.
